A community-based project, for the complete demolition and rebuild of the Chelmsford scouts hall.
Working with the client, Oak Trading, designing and constructing the two-storey hall, comprising of a commercial kitchen, meeting room and office space.
The scheme was CIL funded, to cater for the community’s needs.
