We were approached by our client to design and develop a building situated 5 meters away from a network rail train line.
It must comply with a number of NHS standards, some of these being, Infection Prevention Control (IPC) and Secure By Design (SBD). Whilst working closely with BRD Tech, we gained approval for the designs and devised a budget that satisfied the client.
Having JGL carry out the demolition and construction of our health centre proved to be invaluable throughout, not only as the land owner and client, but also for the NHS and the surrounding areas, this building was pipelined for some time and seeing the programme and more importantly the budget met, was imperative for myself and the NHS. It was a pleasure working with all the team on a major ally successful project.
